Taking screenshots for support

Support Admin (IPAF) -

As part of any troubleshooting, the support team will sometimes ask for a screenshot of your computer - so they can get a snapshot of what's happening at the time. It's often very helpful - especially when it's difficult to easily describe what's happening on screen.

Not all users are familiar with how to take screenshots, so the links below should help you if this is requested.
