I'm using Chrome as my default browser, but the Instructor Led training won't launch

When the Instructor Led training runs on your PC, it uses your default browser to display the content. We regularly recommend using Chrome, as it's a fast, modern browser.

However, Chrome is underpinned by Microsoft's built in Internet Explorer technology and that it's possible to have an up-to-date version of Chrome running but find that the Instructor Led training still won't launch.

Possible causes

If you haven’t recently (or regularly) updated Internet Explorer and Windows, the older technology and out of date security updates could cause the Instructor Led training to fail.


In addition to the above, please also ensure that you update Chrome to apply any relevant updates.
