Username Forgotten Password – No email reset option

Support Admin (IPAF) -

If you forget your password and do not have an email address (or mobile phone) associated with your account, you must contact your employer or manager who has issued the training to you and they will be able to issue you with a temporary password.

You can then use your username and the temporary password to log back into your account, as you do so you will be prompted to set a new password.
