12d. Distribution - Training Sessions

Training Sessions will be available if you utilise offline versions of your training.

When an offline module has been delivered in a classroom, it will synchronise the data collected to Spark. This can then be associated to Users so their training record is maintained.

Select ‘Distribution’ from within the navigation bar.

Select the 'Training Sessions' tab.

All the offline courses, already run by the trainer and synchronised, will be displayed. 

You will see the following headings:

To allocate a user to a training session, find and click on the appropriate session.

You can then search for the relevant User and create an association between the session and the Users.
