4. Password Reset

Support Admin (IPAF) -

If you have forgotten your password, you are able to reset this by going to you company Learning Management (LMS) URL, and clicking on 'Forgotten password?', as per the example below.   

Enter your email address (or mobile/cell phone number).  You will receive an email or text message with further instructions. 

If you have not yet set a password and the link you were sent has expired, you will need to ask your manager to send a new link.

If you have tried to reset your password and have not received a password reset email/text message, please check your email Junk, Spam and Clutter folders.  If you are still unable to locate this, please contact Support.
